In our house we have a sheet of paper posted on the refrigerator that states the rules our family follows. But most importantly, the Letter of the Law is not as important as the Intent of the Law. Our Family motto is "Be Good; Don't Be Evil," which covers everything from stealing and lying to putting away your dishes after a meal.
My rules for this forum are in the same line.
Show respect. That means no name-calling, no flaming, no monkeys flinging poo. If someone says something you don't agree with, disagree with respect.
Remember there are children here. Even if there aren't any currently using the forum at the time you post, that post is there forever. So no cursing and no derogatory or inappropriate references to race, culture, sexuality, religion, politics, etc. If you wouldn't say it in front of your girlfriend's 4 year old (who will go right up to his Mommy and repeat it word for word), then say it differently or don't say it at all.
Be Good; Don't Be Evil. You can discuss the monster you will use against your heroes in the next game – that sort of impish hijinks is encouraged. But don't be truly evil and allow spam on here.
Above all, have fun. This forum is for you to use to discuss any game system, any genre, and any convention. And if you have products you want to see me carry, make a suggestion in the Q&A Forum! I love games. I'm open to new ideas!
