January 13-16 SCARAB Columbia, SC. Now with 4 days of gaming over Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend! Great Kid’s Track here!
January 28 Mini-MACE Winston-Salem, NC. This is a one-day event at the Golden Corral near Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem. $28 Pre-Reg gets you 3 games and food and drinks ALL DAY LONG. Your willpower will be tested!
February 17-19 ConNooga Chattanooga, TN. Jodi, the girls, and friend (and co-author of Runepunk: DarkSummer Nights) Mark Francis, as well as Joel Kinstle, Pinnacle Entertainment Group VP, are attending as guests, running Savage Saturday Night, sitting on panels, and helping with the awesome Kid’s Track.
February 16-19 Genghis Con Denver, CO. Clint is flying out solo to attend the biggest (and only) Savage Saturday Night West of the Mississippi!
March 30-April 1 MACE West: CUDGEL Hickory, NC. This is our hometown con, and the best opportunity for you to game with us. Mark will be here, too!
May 25-27 Forge Lexington, KY. We are proud to be Goldsmith sponsors for this convention! Joel will be joining us here.
June 1-3 ConCarolinas Charlotte, NC. This is a roll call of Who’s Who in Gaming for the southeast! Clint, Jodi, Joel, Mark, and many other industry guests attend!
June 29-July1 FandomFest Louisville, KY. FandomFest is under new leadership, moved to a better location, and is coming back strong! Joel Kinstle, Pinnacle VP, as well as Sean Patrick Fannon and Carinn Seabolt from Silvermeet Studios, will attend.
August 16-19 GenCon Indianapolis, IN (not as guests). Be sure to ask me for the special Beautiful Brains discount code! Warning: we are super busy at this con. If you want us, seriously, stop by the Studio 2 Publishing booth. The Savage Saturday Night at GenCon has become Legendary, with 150 people playing and running Savage Worlds in 2011 (I’m so proud that I got everyone seated and playing within 10 minutes of the time I could seat fill-ins)! We can’t promise to find everyone a seat, and tickets sell out quickly, but have patience and I promise to do my best to get you a seat.
August 31-September 3 DragonCon Atlanta, GA (attending as Gaming Professionals). We are in the Dealer Hall, International Ballroom in the Marriot Marquis. We hope to start a Savage Sunday Night tradition this year! Let me know if you want to GM.
November 2-4 MACE Charlotte, NC. This is our favorite convention, no contest. Clint and I have been attending MACE for our anniversary for almost every single year they’ve had it. And this year it actually starts on our 16th anniversary! Shane Lacy Hensley, creator of Deadlands and Savage Worlds and Pinnacle President, the ubiquitous Pinnacle VP Joel Kinstle, and Matthew Cutter, Pinnacle’s Deadlands Brand Manager will attend! This is also their first year at the Hilton Charlotte University Place (where ConCarolinas has been for at least 3 years now).
